What You’ll Do:

Relate Search has partnered with a leading global manufacturing organization in their search for a Senior Analyst, Risk Management. This role will play a key part in supporting the company’s risk management program, ensuring continuity of coverage, and delivering operational excellence across global insurance programs. You’ll collaborate with corporate and divisional leaders, brokers, and insurers to support coverage placement, claims management, data analysis, and renewal oversight for a complex, multinational business.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing the strategy, placement, and execution of the organization’s insurance programs, including marketing strategy, underwriting data collection, and renewal preparation.
• Serve as technical expert for Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) and Risk Management Information Systems (RMIS), including creation and analysis of reports.
• Maintain global insurance schedules and ensure continuity of coverage across all operating divisions.
• Gather and analyze exposure data, prepare underwriting submissions, and oversee claims reporting and administration.
• Manage certificate of insurance processes and support workers' compensation claims analysis and reporting.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in corporate risk management, underwriting, or brokerage.
• Strong interpersonal, analytical, and organizational skills with the ability to communicate effectively with leadership and external partners.
• Proficient knowledge of RMIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
• Professional designations such as ARM, CPCU, CRM, or RIMS-CRMP are a plus.
