Concierge Positions Available –High -End Residential Building
Site Location: Toronto, downtown (Bloor & Avenue Rd), ON
Compensation: $19/hour
We are hiring two professional concierges for a high-end residential building. Candidates must have prior experience in a luxury residential setting—applications without this experience will not be considered.

Available Positions
Position 1: Weekend Concierge (Permanent Part-Time)
• Schedule: Saturdays & Sundays, 3:00 p.m. – 11:00 p.m.
Position 2: Overnight Concierge (Temporary to Permanent – Full-Time Possibility)
• Initially covering five overnight shifts due to maternity leave.
• If the employee on leave does not return, this role will transition into a full-time position.
Temporary Full-Time Schedule (During Maternity Leave):
• Friday 11:00 p.m. – Saturday 7:00 a.m.
• Saturday 11:00 p.m. – Sunday 7:00 a.m.
• Sunday 11:00 p.m. – Monday 7:00 a.m.
• Monday 11:00 p.m. – Tuesday 7:00 a.m.
• Tuesday 11:00 p.m. – Wednesday 7:00 a.m.
If the Employee Returns, the New Hire Will Continue Part-Time with the Following Shifts:
• Monday 11:00 p.m. – Tuesday 7:00 a.m.
• Tuesday 11:00 p.m. – Wednesday 7:00 a.m.
• Friday 11:00 p.m. – Saturday 7:00 a.m.

Position Summary & Job Description
The following job duties are typical examples of the work performed in this role. Not all duties will apply to every position.
• Provide exceptional customer service to residents, guests, contractors, and visitors.
• Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and a polished appearance at all times.
• Respond to residents’ requests for services, special arrangements, or reservations, and provide appropriate recommendations.
• Announce all visitors, contractors, and service personnel before granting access. Only authorized visitors may enter.
• Answer, record, and process calls, messages, requests, and concerns. Redirect inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
• Handle mail distribution and reservation requests as needed.
• Welcome and acknowledge all residents and guests according to building standards. Anticipate service needs and provide assistance with genuine appreciation.
• Conduct routine property patrols of all building levels, parking areas, and perimeters. Respond to emergencies and fire alarms.
• Follow all on-site procedures, policies, training checklists, and standard operating procedures.
• Report any incidents, accidents, injuries, or unsafe conditions to head concierge and management.
• Assist with valet services for residents’ guests as needed.

Requirements

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to sit and stand for extended periods.
• Must be able to communicate effectively via phone and in person.
• Must be a team player, able to work under pressure and in a collaborative environment.
• Professional demeanor with excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to handle front desk responsibilities efficiently.
• Valid Security License (required).
• Valid G Driver’s License (required).
