POSITION SUMMARY: 

We are excited to offer a $2,000 sign-on bonus! 

You will receive $500 after 90 days of employment, $500 after 180 days of employment, and an additional $1000 after 12 months!

As our  Reservations Agent , you will help manage the front lines of our reservations and guest services, ensuring our guests will have the perfect vacation property and stay.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Respond to incoming reservation requests on various OTAs (Online Travel Agencies) platforms, phone inquiries, emails & texts in a timely, positive, and comprehensive manner. 
• Communicate information to confirmed and potential guests about the property, the surrounding area, and local attractions. 
• Work collaboratively with the reservations team to maximize revenue and occupancy levels. 
• Stay updated on property availability and rates to provide informed suggestions to guests and aid in their decision-making process. 

QUALIFICATIONS: 

• Experience in customer service, sales, or hospitality reservations is required.
• Experience with OTAs such as VRBO is preferred.
• Previous experience in hospitality or a related field is preferred.
• Must be able to quickly adapt to using multiple guest reservation platforms and software effectively. Training will be provided.
• Able to work with and understand multiple online software applications.
• Able to communicate effectively with your Guest Services and Reservation Team members.
• Excellent computer and internet navigation skills. Familiarity with MAC/OS is a plus.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS: 

Hourly: $17.00 - $20.00 

Bonus Details: We offer a bonus of up to $5,000 annually based on individual and company performance. In addition to an annual bonus, we are offering a $2,000 sign-on bonus.

Schedule:  Must be available on weekdays, weekends, and some holidays. Office hours of operation are 8:00 a.m. until 7:00 p.m.
