The Program Manager oversees complex, high-impact programs across departments, ensuring strategic alignment, timely execution, and measurable outcomes. This role leads cross-functional teams, manages budgets, and mitigates risks to deliver business value.

Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning: Define program objectives aligned with organizational goals and develop long-term roadmaps.
- Program Execution: Manage the full lifecycle of programs-from initiation and planning to execution and closure.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure buy-in and effective communication.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Resource Allocation: Manage budgets, timelines, and resources across multiple projects.
- Process Improvement: Apply Lean, Six Sigma, and Agile methodologies to optimize workflows.
- Performance Monitoring: Track KPIs and deliverables to assess progress and impact.

Skills and Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
- 7-10 years in program or project management.
- Minimum 3 years in a program leadership role.
- Technical Skills:
o Senior-level experience with RTLS (Real-Time Location System) technology, including implementation and integration.
o Proficiency with project management tools (MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet).
o Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities. - Certifications: PMP, PgMP, or Agile (Scrum/SAFe) certifications.
- Proven track record managing large-scale, cross-functional initiatives.
- Expertise in RTLS optimization for operational workflows, patient flow, and asset management.
- Familiarity with healthcare operations or technology-driven process improvement.
- Experience driving change management in complex organizational structures.
