Additional Position Details: FTE: 0.9 | Full Time | Variable Schedule Nights
Salary: Wages are between $53.99 - $74.80 an hour. Increases are based on years of experience in the field. Plus, you will earn shift differentials for swing, night, and weekend hours:
- $2.50 extra for working between 3:00pm - 11:00pm
- $10.00 extra for working between 11:01pm and 7:00am
- $2.50 extra for working weekends

Asante Three Rivers Medical Center (ATRMC) in Grants Pass is a community hospital that offers a wide range of high-quality medical care to residents of Southern Oregon. The 125-bed hospital combines the small hospital feel with the high-tech capabilities of a modern facility.

Position Summary At Asante Three Rivers Medical Center, the RN's in C/D Unit care for a combination of Medical and Surgical patients (with focus on surgical and orthopedic patients). The Ortho Post-Surgical unit cares for the adult population concentrating on the recovery of total joint, colorectal, and general surgeries with a high-paced and high-energy team approach. Nursing Station C/D has 31 beds with an average census of 27 patients.

Qualifications Education - Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred
Experience - Experience in an acute patient care environment
Licensure/Certifications - RN: Registered Nurse licensed by Oregon State Board of Nursing (OSBN) required upon start
- BLS: Basic Life Support for the Healthcare Provider certified through the American Heart Association (AHA) required upon start
Preferred Certifications - CMSRN: Certified Medical Surgical Registered Nurse by Medical Surgical Nursing Certification Board
- ONC: Orthopedic Nursing Certification
