The Registered Nurse (RN I) at the 4th Floor Surgical Unit is responsible for delivering safe and effective clinical care to patients in a fast-paced environment. This role requires collaboration with healthcare professionals, assessment and planning of patient care, and implementation of nursing interventions. Candidates must possess at least an ADN and a valid RN license, with previous healthcare experience preferred.

Our Surgical Unit at Norman Regional is seeking a new graduate or experienced RN to join our TEAM. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environment, has a strong willingness to learn, understands how to deliver safe and effective & compassionate clinical care along side a team.
Our Surgical Unit has thirty two beds, we take care of patients with both surgical and nonsurgical conditions, we care for patients through the nursing process of assessment planning, intervention, implementation, and evaluation. Furthermore, nurses collaborate with other healthcare professionals for best possible treatment of our patients.
