Company Profile: Our client is an established organization that focuses on providing services to community banks and credit unions. They are on a confidential search for a Regional Sales Manager in New England. Job Description: The Regional Sales Manager will be tasked with executing on prospecting and sales targets throughout their assigned region. The Regional Sales Manager will run a full sales cycle, which includes prospecting and networking to set meetings, running discovery and client presentations with prospective clients, and closing business. The Regional Sales Manager must be comfortable negotiating contracts and leveraging internal resources and consultants when needed - this is a consultative sales process where the expectation is to close 4-5 new deals a year. Requirements: 3-5 years of quota-carrying sales experience, with experience presenting in person. Experience selling services or products to local and regional banks and credit unions required. Ability to travel 50-75% throughout the New England Region as needed to meet with customers. Location: This is a remote, field-based sales position where candidates must be based in the Greater Boston / New England Region with an expectation of spending at least 3 days a week in the field with customers.
