Our client, a leading investment firm in New York City, is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator. The ideal candidate possesses strong communication skills, high energy, a willingness to take initiative, and an eagerness to work. Experience supporting a recruitment team, coordinating interviews, and strong attention to detail are a must.

Position : Recruiting Coordinator
Location : New York, NY (Midtown)
Hours : 8:30am – 5:30pm (hybrid- 4 days in office/1-day WFH)
Compensation : $90-100K + excellent benefits + bonus
Bachelor’s Degree : Required
Responsibilities:
•Take ownership over the logistics of the candidate lifecycle, from scheduling an initial call to an offer discussion
•Provide an excellent experience to all candidates, internal hiring teams and managers, and staffing agencies
•Arrange and coordinate interviews/meetings across multiple time zones
•Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System
•Arrange travel and accommodations for candidates as needed
•Streamline and improve recruitment processes and candidate experiences
•Compile recruitment reports and deliver results in the form of meetings or email updates
•Support HCM initiatives such as onboarding, offer closing, etc.
Requirements:
•3-5 years of experience supporting a recruitment team by taking a lead role in the coordination of interviews and both internal / external meetings
•Experience closely interacting with candidates, hiring managers and recruitment agencies, providing high levels of customer service and consumer experience
•Proficient use of Outlook and Microsoft Office application packages, particularly Excel
•Experience working with an applicant tracking system, preferably Greenhouse
•Experience in vendor systems
•Experience in planning, organization and running events
•Strong attention to detail; exceptionally organized and detail-oriented
•Easily builds rapport and an excellent team player; puts success of the team above their own
•Strong multi-tasker with excellent verbal and written communication skills
•High sense of urgency and proactive decision maker; demonstrates good judgement
