Job Description

Our client, a leading financial services firm, is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Recruiting Coordinator to support its growing talent acquisition team. This is a remote, long-term contract opportunity ideal for someone with strong recruiting coordination experience and a knack for managing high-volume, complex interview scheduling across multiple time zones.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and schedule a high volume of interviews with speed and accuracy
• Partner closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates to ensure a seamless interview experience
• Manage calendar invites, confirmations, and follow-ups in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Maintain accurate candidate data and tracking in the applicant tracking system

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a recruiting coordination or HR support role required
• Demonstrated ability to handle complex scheduling and multitasking
• Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills
• Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment
