Job Description

A healthcare network in New York City is currently seeking a new Recruiter for a promising opportunity with their growing team in Manhattan. In this role, the Recruiter will be responsible for planning and executing recruitment and retention strategies to attract, select and retain professional staff for the network.

• Start Date: ASAP
• Schedule: Monday to Friday
• Hours: 9am to 5pm
• Setting: Hybrid (4 days in office, 1 remote)

Responsibilities:

• Ensure delivery of accurate and timely recruitment activity and candidate status information to appropriate individuals
• Use applicant tracking system to generate reports and information and to timely document status of applicants/candidates
• Ensure all recruitment advertising/web postings supports the organization's recruitment needs and reflects its strategic goals and objectives
• Identify and utilize alternate or creative recruitment sources to maximize recruitment dollars
• Identify non-fee, or reduced fee recruitment sources
• Actively post and communicate on websites and groups
• Perform other duties, as needed

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of Recruitment experience
• Bachelor's Degree
• Computer and Social Media savvy
• Microsoft Office proficient
• Exceptional phone etiquette
• Great interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Strong attention to detail
• Highly organized

Desired Skills:

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources
• Healthcare Recruitment background
• Familiarity with iCims
