An educational organization in Manhattan is seeking a Recruiter to assist in recruiting efforts. This ongoing assignment offers an exciting opportunity for individuals with high volume recruitment experience and an upbeat, professional demeanor.

Locatio n: Hybrid (On-site Tuesday-Thursday, Remote Monday & Friday)

Start Dat e: ASAP

Pay Rat e: $30-40 per hour

Responsibilities:

• Assist with recruitment efforts across various teaching roles
• Qualify and interview candidates (high-volume, 20-40 interviews per week)
• Source resumes and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates
• Maintain a high volume of outreach daily
• Engage with potential candidates, ensuring professionalism, enthusiasm, and a positive candidate experience
• Ensure sourcing and recruitment efforts align with strategies and deadlines
• Maintain communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, updating them as needed
• Send offers to potential hires and assist with onboarding

Requirements.

• 2-3+ years of experience in high-volume sourcing and recruiting within a professional environment
• Familiarity with sourcing tools like LinkedIn, Indeed, and Handshake a plus
• Strong communication skills and professionals
• Positive, proactive, and “go-getter” attitude
• Previous experience using Gem is a plus but not required
