Job Title: Radiation Therapy Technologist
Location: Atlanta, GA
Duration: 13 Weeks
Shift: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
We are seeking an experienced Radiation Therapy Technologist to join a cancer treatment team in Atlanta, GA. The ideal candidate will have a strong clinical background in radiation oncology and be able to deliver compassionate, precise therapeutic treatment to oncology patients.
Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver safe and accurate radiation therapy treatments as prescribed by Radiation Oncologists.
Operate and maintain radiation therapy equipment and verify proper functionality.
Perform patient positioning, immobilization, and treatment delivery procedures.
Collaborate with physicians, physicists, nurses, and support staff to ensure continuity of patient care.
Maintain thorough and accurate treatment documentation in accordance with regulatory standards.
Educate patients and families on treatment expectations and provide emotional support throughout care.
Experience:
Minimum 2 years of recent Radiation Therapy experience required.
Licensure & Certifications:
Active ARRT certification in Radiation Therapy
BLS (American Heart Association) required
Candidate must be willing to work:
One (1) Major Holiday of the two:
Christmas Day
New Year’s Day
AND
One (1) Minor Holiday :
Christmas Eve
New Year’s Eve
