Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and professional Property Manager to lead operations at a prestigious dual-tower, 11-story condominium community in Boca Raton. The property includes 214 luxury units, a private marina, and direct beachfront access, offering an elevated lifestyle for residents. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing upscale residential communities, delivering exceptional service, and maintaining operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations across both residential towers, including maintenance, janitorial services, security, and landscaping.
  • Manage access and upkeep of exclusive amenities including the beachfront area, private marina, pools, and common spaces.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between the Board of Directors, homeowners, vendors, and staff.
  • Supervise and support on-site personnel to ensure high performance and resident satisfaction.
  • Prepare and manage operating budgets, financial reports, and capital improvement projects.
  • Monitor and coordinate maintenance schedules for building systems, waterfront infrastructure, and marina facilities.
  • Enforce association rules and ensure compliance with condominium laws and governing documents.
  • Coordinate resident communication, address concerns, and maintain community standards of excellence.
  • Attend Board meetings and provide timely, accurate updates on operations and financial status.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience managing high-rise or luxury condominiums.
  • Florida CAM License required.
  • Strong background in staff supervision, vendor management, and budgeting.
  • Excellent communication, customer service, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Familiarity with amenities such as beachfront access and marina facilities is highly preferred.
  • Proficient in property management software (e.g., Yardi, BuildingLink, or similar).
  • Experience managing dual-building communities is a plus
