Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage change management strategy planning and execution
  • Create and maintain messaging and presentations for transformation initiatives
  • Shape and lead networks of change champions
  • Define and evaluate success metrics
  • Establish rapport with stakeholders and adapt to changing environments
  • Serve as an experienced change agent to influence and build consensus
  • Develop and implement communication strategies aligning with organizational goals
  • Create engaging content for internal audiences
  • Convert strategic plans into actionable outcomes
  • Communicate complex topics effectively to all stakeholders
  • Influence stakeholders and build strong cross-functional relationships
  • Deliver executive-level updates, reviews, and impact analyses
  • Complete internal company documentation and required training
  • Mentor others on best practices
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Experience Required

  • 7+ years of relevant experience in delivering comprehensive change management strategy for complex cross-functional initiatives
  • 7-10 years in business transformations, enterprise change management, strategy, corporate communications, or management consulting
  • Experience in customer support and professional services functions is a plus
  • Experience in web design and content production is a plus

  • Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills
  • Strong MS Office skills, particularly advanced PowerPoint
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Strong business acumen and organizational political intelligence
  • Strong project/program management skills
  • Ability to simplify complexity and anticipate problems
  • Strategic thinking and problem analysis skills
  • Highly organized with an ownership mentality

  • Ability to build rapport, credibility, and trust at all levels

Eligibilities & qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree required; MBA desirable
  • Change Management certifications highly desirable
  • Remote work environment
