Job Description

The Project Specialist, Digital Experience will manage technical development projects and client success initiatives related to Knowledge Cubed, Savills’ client-facing technology platform. This role will focus on ensuring the seamless execution of product enhancements, client deployment initiatives, and cross-functional projects that improve platform functionality, user experience, and operational efficiency.

Working closely with the Director, Product UX, the Project Specialist will coordinate development teams, oversee sprint planning, and drive execution of technology solutions. Beyond product development, this role will also support initiatives that enhance client onboarding, data integration, reporting automation, and process optimization, ensuring that Knowledge Cubed delivers maximum value to internal teams and clients. A key focus will be identifying opportunities for innovation, refining workflows, and introducing new capabilities that enhance the scalability and impact of the platform.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

  • Manage technical development projects and client-facing initiatives, ensuring seamless execution of solutions through the Knowledge Cubed environment.
  • Oversee product development cycles, including sprint planning and feature releases, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
  • Support client deployment and success efforts, including onboarding, data structuring, and reporting automation to improve implementation efficiency and user experience.
  • Collaborate with the Director, Product UX, engineers, and internal teams to align product goals with business needs and user requirements.
  • Lead projects to evaluate and improve the use of Tableau, ESRI/ArcGIS, Alteryx, SQL, AI/CoPilot, and mobile applications to optimize the product tech stack for maximum impact.
  • Identify and implement new solutions, automation opportunities, and enhancements to improve Knowledge Cubed’s performance, usability, and scalability.
  • Provide visibility into development progress, risks, and milestones, ensuring clear communication with leadership and internal teams.
  • Establish best practices for sprint execution, client success processes, and change management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, project management, information systems, or a related field; PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience managing technical development projects, product cycles, and client success initiatives, preferably in commercial real estate or SaaS.
  • Familiarity with Tableau, ESRI/ArcGIS, Alteryx, SQL, AI-driven solutions, and software development workflows.
  • Strong ability to identify and implement new ideas that improve product performance, client success, and user engagement.
  • Experience optimizing workflows, driving operational efficiency, and implementing structured sprint planning methodologies.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
