Collaborates with stakeholders including owners, architects, engineers, and vendors, maintaining clear and proactive communication. Leads construction teams, resolves issues on-site, monitors safety and quality, and oversees project documentation, invoicing, and change management.
Supports personnel development and process improvement through post-project analysis.
