Responsibilities Drive impactful projects to improve patient care in healthcare organizations by leading software installations and ensuring successful go-lives with Epic software. Travel across the US (and abroad if you’re interested) as part of a team that collaborates with hospital leadership, coordinates end-user training, and provides comprehensive post-go-live support. Present to hospital leadership, coordinate end-user training, and provide ongoing support with autonomy in decision-making and the backing of a supportive team. Work with a team that values innovation and aims to improve patient care through Epic software solutions. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or greater (any major) A history of academic and professional success Willingness to travel 25-60% of working days, with typical months including 1-2 trips lasting 2-4 days Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship Relocation to the Madison, WI area (reimbursed) COVID-19 vaccination About Epic and Benefits Live affordably in a city known for its rising tech talent.
