Job Description Industry/ Organization Type: IT/Telecommunications Position Title: Project Engineer (BMS) Working Location: Macpherson Working Hours: 5 working days (Mon to Fri 8.30AM – 5.30PM) Salary Package: Basic Salary up to $4,500 + AWS + Bonus Duration: Permanent Key Responsibilities Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of BMS projects, ensuring they align with client requirements and timelines Design and implement BMS solutions that meet project specifications and integrate seamlessly with existing building infrastructure Provide technical expertise and support throughout the project lifecycle, from initial design to system handover Work closely with cross-functional teams, including architects, contractors, and clients, to ensure project objectives are met Conduct quality checks and ensure systems meet industry standards and client expectations Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, including design specifications, installation guides, and testing protocols. Liaise with consultants, architects and contractors and handle all technical matters Responsible for site activities, coordination and supervision works related to engineering and systems design Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
