Description:
A NexRev Program Manager’s (PM) primary objective is to strengthen and expand the company’s relationship with our customers by assisting NexRev Account Managers in the proper execution of projects and in providing support to our field technicians. A Program Manager must be able to own the project from start to finish, taking full responsibility for the success of every project. Relying on the PM’s own skill set, as well as the support of the Operations department, a NexRev Program Manager is responsible for producing profitable projects and supporting NexRev field technicians.

• Manage projects to exceed customer expectations.
• Manage projects to be profitable at or above sold margins.
Core Responsibilities:
• Strategic Planning: Define program objectives, scope, and deliverables aligned with company goals.
• Project Coordination: Oversee interconnected projects, ensuring they complement each other and meet deadlines.
• Budget & Resource Management: Allocate personnel, technology, and financial resources across projects efficiently.
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies throughout the program lifecycle.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate with executives, project managers, and external partners to ensure alignment.
• Performance Monitoring: Evaluate program strengths and weaknesses, track KPIs, and adjust plans as needed.

Requirements
• Ideal - Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related field (MBA or PMP certification is a plus)
• Ideal – 10 years minimum experience in project or program management within HVAC, Energy Management, or Building Automation
• Required – 5 years minimum experience in project or program management in Construction, Services, HVAC, Energy Management, or Building Automation
• Required – Referenceable track record of success in related experience
