The Leader of Offer Launch Marketing is responsible for driving the successful launch and promotion of innovative energy solutions across the Digital Energy portfolio, including Digital Power, Digital Buildings, Microgrids, and Services. This role is pivotal in shaping and executing differentiated product marketing strategies that align with business goals and resonate with target audiences. As a key decision-maker and collaborator, this leader ensures that every new offer or release is introduced to the market with clarity, impact, and strategic alignment. This position leads a cross-functional team of product marketers, project managers, and creative professionals to deliver high-quality marketing assets and campaigns. The ideal candidate brings a blend of strategic thinking, leadership excellence, and a deep understanding of market dynamics. They will thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple stakeholders and ensuring that each launch drives measurable business value and market excitement. Responsibilities: Lead and mentor a high-performing marketing team to foster accountability, growth, and innovation. Align product marketing and launch plans with overarching business goals that meet business objectives and exceed customer expectations. Lead team to create clear, compelling, and differentiated value propositions that resonate with target audiences. Lead team to do market research and competitive analysis to inform product positioning and go-to-market strategies. Lead the development of high-impact marketing content, campaigns, and sales enablement materials for products and solutions. Collaborate across functions—including Digital Energy, regional marketing, and commercial teams—for coordinated launch execution. Develop and manage product marketing budgets to ensure efficient resource allocation and strong ROI. Monitoring launch activity performance to inform continuous improvement and communicate results to senior leadership and key stakeholders. What qualifications will make you successful for this role? Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in product marketing, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns to market in a relevant B2B industry. Ability to understand and translate industry trends and technical features into differentiated value & storytelling Thrive in fast-paced environments with a flexible, collaborative, and team-oriented mindset. Proficiency in using data and analytics to measure marketing performance and make informed decisions.
