Description TGC Search is partnering with one of our top clients in the Waukesha, WI, area and is looking for a Process Engineer to join the team on a direct-hire basis . In this role, the process engineer will help enhance the quality and continuous improvement efforts in overall manufacturing. The ideal candidate will drive efficiency, improve quality, and implement cost-effective solutions. Key Responsibilities: Develop and optimize manufacturing processes to enhance quality and reduce costs. Lead continuous improvement projects utilizing Lean Six Sigma methodologies. Analyze production data, identify inefficiencies, and implement corrective actions. Collaborate with teams to design and implement automation solutions. Conduct root cause analyses and implement preventive measures. Maintain comprehensive process documentation. Train staff on process improvements and best practices. Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to process efficiency and quality. Experience Requirements: 2-5 years of experience in process engineering within an assembly or manufacturing environment, including any internship and/or co-op experience. Proven experience in implementing solutions for cost optimization. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in using process improvement tools and software. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
