Position overview: The team is looking to bring on 2-3 Associates in 2026, as a result of the strong performance they've had this year. They are seeking highly motivated Investment Banking Analysts/Associates to join their expanding team. The ideal candidate will be coming from an investment banking group (M&A) and have strong financial and analytical skills. As a Private Equity Associate, you will play a crucial role in evaluating investment opportunities, conducting due diligence, and supporting portfolio management activities. Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related 1-3 years of Investment Banking (M&A) or direct buy-side experience Strong financial modeling skills, and familiarity with building LBOs from scratch Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Responsibilities: Conduct thorough financial analysis, market research, and industry assessments to identify and evaluate potential investment opportunities Perform comprehensive due diligence, including financial modeling, valuation, and risk assessment Assist in all aspects of deal execution, including structuring, negotiation, drafting investment memos and presentations Market research Other ad-hoc responsibilities If interested, apply in below!
