Job Summary: We’re seeking a creative and versatile Digital Content Creator to join our team. This individual will be responsible for producing high-quality content across multiple platforms, including social media, email campaigns, and other digital channels. The ideal candidate is a skilled photographer, videographer, and designer with a strong understanding of modern marketing trends and tools. Key Responsibilities: Social Media Content Creation: Plan, design, and post engaging content across social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube). Edit and optimize photos and videos to align with brand aesthetics. Stay updated on social media trends and adjust strategies accordingly. Email Campaign Design: Create visually appealing email mailers that align with marketing campaigns. Develop compelling content and graphics for newsletters and promotional emails. Ensure email campaigns are mobile-friendly and responsive. Photography and Videography: Capture professional-quality photos and videos for promotional use. Edit and produce videos for marketing purposes, including social media and ads. Organize and maintain a content library for future use. Graphic Design: Design eye-catching graphics for social media, email campaigns, and marketing materials. Work within brand guidelines to ensure visual consistency. Collaborate with the team to brainstorm creative concepts. Performance Tracking and Improvement: Use analytics tools to track content performance across platforms. Make data-driven recommendations to enhance engagement and reach. Requirements: Experience: 2+ years of experience in content creation, social media management, or a related field. Proven track record in photography, videography, and graphic design. Technical Skills: Proficient in tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects). Familiarity with social media scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer). Basic understanding of email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo). Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines. Excellent communication and storytelling skills. Creative thinker who can adapt to a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in creating content for automotive or motorsports industries. Expert knowledge of SEO and digital marketing strategies.
