Position Overview We are seeking a skilled PLC & Robotics Programmer to support the development and deployment of advanced automation systems. This position involves programming PLCs and robotic systems, designing control schematics, managing bills of materials, and commissioning industrial equipment. The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, and thrives in dynamic manufacturing environments. Key Responsibilities Program and debug PLC systems (e.g., Siemens, Allen Bradley, Mitsubishi) Program industrial robots (e.g., Fanuc, Yaskawa) Design and update electrical schematics and control panel layouts Generate and manage bills of materials for automated control systems Select and procure electrical components for automation projects Commission and test automated machinery and production lines Implement Industry 4.0 and IoT integration strategies Troubleshoot and resolve issues in electrical and mechanical systems Conduct repairs to maintain system uptime and performance Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve production processes Ensure workplace cleanliness and safety compliance Document revisions and maintain programming version control Preferred Skills Familiarity with electromechanical systems in manufacturing settings Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills Excellent communication and documentation abilities Experience with system integration and industrial networking TalentBridge
