Overview At the Tom James Company, a Driver supports our top selling sales members, fulfilling our mission to be a global leader in the fashion industry. A Driver is essential to the success of our leading sales professionals. Location One of our company’s top Sales Professionals – located in our San Francisco, CA office - is seeking an experienced, highly energetic and dependable Driver. The candidate needs to transport our Sales Professional safely to client appointments throughout the San Francisco area. Pick up and drop off will be at Sales Professional's residence in Santa Clara. Schedule and Pay This position will average around 24 hours a week, 2 - 3 days a week. Days will most likely start at 9:00 am and end at 6:00 pm, however, days can begin as early as 8:00 a.m. and end as late as 7:30 p.m. Schedule can change at the last minute, so candidate must be flexible. Starting pay is $25.00 per hour. Hours exceeding 40 hours per week are paid at overtime rate (1.5 times hourly pay). Qualifications Punctual - crucial and essential: regular attendance required Professional image to interface with corporate clients: dress for success Highly energetic Flexible to adapt to a fluctuating schedule Able to carry out daily instructions without reminders Positive attitude Excellent verbal and written communication skills Must possess a valid driver’s license Able to lift up to 25 lbs. frequently This organization participates in E-Verify and is an EEO Employer.
