Our client, in Saratoga Springs, NY , is searching for an Office Administrator who is organized and able to multi-task. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18-$20hr

Job Duties for Office Assistant:

  • Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence in a timely and professional manner
  • Prepare reports using Excel and other office tools
  • Manage daily office operations and ensure smooth workflow
  • Handle invoicing
  • Other administrative tasks as needed

Skills and Qualifications for Office Assistant:

  • 1 year experience as Office Assistant or similar role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and QuickBooks preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
  • Experience with phones, emails, and customer interaction
  • A proactive attitude, able to take initiative and lead in challenging situations

Work Schedule for Office Assistant:

Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
