We have an exciting opportunity for you to join Essentia Health as a Certified Nursing Assistant!We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team in a long-term care facility. The CNA will provide essential personal care services to residents, ensuring their comfort, dignity, and well-being under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN). Key responsibilities include assisting with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility, as well as monitoring residents' health and promptly reporting changes to the nursing staff.This role is vital to maintaining a safe, clean, and supportive environment for residents, while upholding our organization's mission to deliver high-quality, person-centered care.If you are a team player with a passion for making a difference in the lives of others, we encourage you to apply.Minimum rate per hour - $18.80, offer is based on experience

Education Qualifications:

This is a Flex position - this role will be scheduled 24 - 36 hours per week depending on staffing needs

Requirements:

• Verifiable completion of a recognized nurse aide training program, current registration on applicable state nursing assistant registry or obtains within 4 months of hire/transfer date, or successful completion of facility training per 1135 Waiver.
