Job Description

*Neurosurgery Physician Assistant needed for a full-time position in Waterbury, Connecticut. *The Physician Assistant will provide surgical first assist, inpatient rounding, and outpatient clinic services for Back/Spine/Neck patients. Prior neurosurgical or related experience is required. Hiring as of 5/27/2025.

*Physician Assistant - Roles | Responsibilities:*
* Provide First Assist Spine and Neurosurgery support to the group's Surgeons at 2 affiliated Hospitals in Waterbury, Connecticut.
* Work on the following Neurosurgical and Spine cases: compression fractures, spinal injuries, herniated discs, lumbar / cervical radiculopathy, other degenerative spinal, back, and neck conditions.
* Provide rounding floor coverage for post-operative patients.
* Provide outpatient initial consults and follow ups.
* Collaborate with other Physician Assistants, Nurse Practitioners, Spine Surgeons, and clinical staff to provide optimal patient outcomes.
* Call is required - additional comp provided.

*Days | Hours | Compensation | Benefits:*
* Days / Hours are Monday-Friday - 36 hrs/week
* Salary based on 40hr work week - commensurate w/ PA experience
