Signing Agent Jobs ( is seeking for someone to fill the position of a Remote Mobile Notary to work in the U.S. only. JOB TYPES: Freelance/Contract; MUST be a U.S. citizen. OVERVIEW: In this role, you will play a critical part in facilitating debt settlement agreements by notarizing documents remotely for your clients. This is a freelance/contract position that offers flexibility and the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home office.

THE DAY TO DAY TASKS…

Verify the identity of clients and signers involved in debt settlement transactions. Witness and notarize legal documents related to debt settlements, including agreements and affidavits. Ensure the accuracy and completeness of notarized documents. Maintain detailed records of notarial acts performed. Adhere to all relevant laws, regulations, and best practices governing notary services. Communicate effectively with clients and signers to guide them through the remote notarization process.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE…

High school diploma or equivalent. Active Notary Public commission in whichever U.S. state that you reside in. Familiarity with digital notarization tools. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to maintain client confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards. PREFERRED: Experience in notarizing debt settlement documents. Certification as an eNotary. Knowledge of state-specific notary laws and regulations. Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. JOB REQUIREMENTS: Reliable computer, high-speed Internet, webcam and microphone for video conferencing, and a home office set-up. PAYMENT: $125.00-$200.00 per loan signing appointment. BENEFITS: 401(K); Contract work; Flexible schedule.
