Job Summary The Marketing Specialist role is designed to support our dynamic and fast- growing organization. This is an entry position with preferably less than 3 years of experience. Job Description

• Collaborate with the business development team to develop and execute strategic marketing initiatives tailored to the procurement and logistics sector
• Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitor strategies, and potential business opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with the business development team to create compelling marketing materials, including presentations, brochures, and case studies, that effectively communicate the value proposition of our supply chain solutions.
• Utilize digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, and content marketing, to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and engage with target audiences.
• Assist in negotiating pricing agreements with clients and suppliers, aiming to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes
• Manage relationships with key suppliers to ensure the reliability and efficiency of the supply chain network.
• Facilitate trading transactions in accordance with company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance at all times.
• Contribute to the standardization of order specifications to streamline processes and improve customer satisfaction
• Assist in the development and implementation of procurement strategies to support the company's growth objectives.
• Support data analysis efforts to identify areas for improvement and assist in implementing corrective measures

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal communication skills
• Must be KOR/ENG Bilingual
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Demonstrated experience in supporting business development, sales, and procurement

activities - Leadership capabilities with the ability to motivate and support the development of a cohesive team - Must be able to work legally without visa sponsorship What's On Offer
