Job Overview:

Were seeking a disciplined, tech-savvy, and results-driven Market Representative to drive new business and connect property owners with high-quality renovation, repair, and improvement services. This role is perfect for a self-motivated closer who can manage their pipeline, take accurate on-site measurements, and work alongside our estimating and project management teams to ensure a seamless client experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect & Engage Meet with pre-qualified leads and close new business.
  • Client Consultation Assess property needs, present solutions, and gather project details using an iPad-based system for data capture.
  • On-Site Assessments Take accurate measurements and document project requirements for estimating and proposal preparation.
  • Collaboration & Handoff Work closely with estimators, project managers, and procurement teams to ensure accurate proposals and a seamless customer handoff.
  • Performance & Reporting Track leads, maintain an organized sales pipeline, and provide regular updates to management.
  • Professionalism & Follow-Up Maintain a high level of customer engagement, ensuring strong relationships and repeat business.

  • Proven success in sales, preferably in home improvement, construction, or real estate.
  • Tech-savvy Comfortable using an iPad and CRM tools for client data entry and sales tracking.
  • Detail-oriented & Organized Ability to take precise measurements and document project details efficiently.
  • Self-motivated & Goal-Driven A "get-it-done" mindset with a passion for hitting targets.
  • Excellent Communication & Negotiation Skills Ability to build trust and close deals.
  • Reliable Transportation Must have a dependable vehicle for travel within the Tampa area.
  • Basic Home Improvement Knowledge Understanding of construction, remodeling, and repair services.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Base Salary: $30,000
  • Uncapped Commission: Earn 50% upon contract signing and 50% upon project close
  • Leads Provided: 12-15 pre-qualified leads weekly no need for prospecting.
  • Flexible Schedule: Ability to block out times for personal commitments while maintaining sales performance.
  • OTE (On-Target Earnings): $150,000 annually
