Performs duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission, values, and Mercy Service Standards. Qualifications: Education: Master's of science in Physical, or Occupational Therapy or a Master's Degree in Speech and Language Pathology. Licensure: Valid state of practice license. Experience: Minimum 5 years clinical experience and/or 3 years supervisory experience. Certifications: BLS before assigned to care for patients independently. Other: Strong communication skills required. Preferred Experience: Experience in providing services to patients of all ages preferred.
