• 7 am start time -- 7-day consecutive coverage
• 10 - 15 patients seen daily with 3 - 5 surgeries per week
• Hospital-based practice
• Trauma call participation required
• Cranial and spine procedures required
• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
• We arrange complimentary housing and travel and comprehensive malpractice coverage
• We simplify the credentialing and privileging process
• Access to online portal for assignment details and time entry
