Expected Hours - 40 hours a week (8 hours a day, 5 days a week)
Job Type: Contract (13 weeks + Extensions)
Job Overview:
We are seeking a Licensed Pharmacist who is passionate about patient care, innovation, and digital health. This role involves supporting prescription review, telehealth counseling, and operational compliance while contributing to the rapid scaling of the pharmacy platform nationwide.
Key Responsibilities:
• Verify, review, and dispense prescriptions per federal and state regulations.
• Provide virtual patient counseling through telehealth platforms.
• Ensure full compliance with Board of Pharmacy, DEA, HIPAA, and other regulations.
• Collaborate with prescribers, nurse practitioners, and digital health partners.
• Assist in building SOPs and workflows to support multi-state operations.
• Support leadership in licensing efforts and national expansion.
• Drive continuous improvement and patient safety initiatives.
Required Qualifications:
• Active Pharmacist License in Florida (multi-state licensure or willingness to obtain is a plus).
• PharmD or equivalent degree.
• 1–3 years of experience in retail, mail-order, or telepharmacy preferred.
• Familiarity with pharmacy software (e.g., PioneerRx, QS/1, or similar) and telehealth tools.
• Strong understanding of multi-state pharmacy regulations.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and adaptability.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and passion for helping a startup grow.
Schedule & Work Hours:
• Monday to Friday
• 8-hour shifts
• Schedule TBD based on operational needs
