Job Summary

LMTs will provide therapeutic deep tissue massages tailored to the patients needs to help them to create new, healthier muscle holding patterns and to complement their chiropractic adjustments. LMTs are part of the team helping the patient work towards achieving their health goals established in the office. The ideal candidate specializes in therapeutic deep tissue, trigger point, myofascial release, neuromuscular reeducation, and/or sports massage. We also expect the candidate to be (or be willing to be) certified in stretch therapy and have experience or be willing to learn a variety of cupping techniques. The ideal candidate will also be personable, have the ability to listen closely to build connection and rapport with patients, and have a passion for helping others and customer service. Responsibilities

• Perform massage therapy for up to 90 minutes
• Engage in customer service activities and maintain a positive attitude at all times with patients
• Arrive well before appointments in order to prepare for massage therapy sessions
• Schedule patients for massage therapy sessions
• Call patients to follow-up on missed massage therapy sessions
• Full adherence to hand washing and personal hygiene requirements
• Consistent maintenance and cleaning of equipment/ massage rooms

Requirements

• Active Arizona state Massage Therapy License and proof of liability insurance
• Customer Service experience with one on one interactions
• Excellent Anatomy and Range of Motion knowledge
• Preferred/Optional Qualifications
• Stretch Therapy Certification
