As a Remote Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), you will have the opportunity to launch or grow your private practice with the support of Headway, which helps streamline insurance credentialing and billing processes. You'll have the flexibility to set your own hours, see clients through telehealth or in-person, and receive marketing support for caseload growth. Headway's mission is to enhance access to mental healthcare while making administrative tasks manageable for clinicians.

Wage: Between $90-$122 an hour

And we do this completely free of charge to you! Headways is a flexible service, meaning your hours are yours to set, and it’s up to you whether you see your patients in-person or remotely via telehealth while working from home. We accept the following licenses on a state by state basis:

• A valid NPI number
• Malpractice insurance
