Based in Dallas, Texas, we operate globally, with a strategically positioned Salesforce consulting team in Portugal. We are currently seeking a Junior Salesforce Developer to join our dynamic, global team. This role is crucial in our technical endeavors, focusing on Salesforce development to meet client needs. As a Junior Salesforce Developer, you will implement Salesforce solutions following industry best practices. Requirements: 1+ years of experience with the Salesforce platform Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and best practices Hands-on experience with Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC); familiarity with Aura and Visualforce Solid understanding of Salesforce declarative tools such as Flows, Validation Rules, and App Builder Awareness of Salesforce integration (REST/SOAP APIs) and basic knowledge of data migration tools Salesforce Developer certifications are a plus Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and collaboration skills Responsibilities: Collaborate with Salesforce Consultants/Technical Architects to understand requirements for Salesforce solutions Assist in research, development, unit testing, and deployment of custom solutions within the Salesforce platform Configure Salesforce applications, including data schema, security model, and automation tools, to support business processes and implementation goals Develop and maintain Apex logic and Lightning components to build intuitive and responsive user interfaces and logic Work with other developers, administrators, and stakeholders to integrate Salesforce with other systems and applications Ensure the scalability, performance, and security of Salesforce solutions under supervision Stay updated on Salesforce releases, features, and best practices to recommend improvements and implement new functionalities Ascendix offers you: 20 paid vacation days Career and professional growth: B2B and remote cooperation Career development and professional growth Technical performance reviews and 360-degree evaluation Collaboration with a personal Resource Manager, Technical leads, and mentors Learning and Development: Udemy and Pluralsight subscriptions Internal knowledge-sharing opportunities Corporate spirit: Online and offline events & team-building activities Friendly and supportive atmosphere Please note By clicking the “Apply” button for this vacancy, you automatically consent to the processing of your personal data.
