Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Utilize AI software to perform accurate take-offs and prepare detailed cost estimates for commercial painting projects.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients through effective communication and outreach.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities by reaching out to potential clients and presenting our services.
• Follow up on submitted project bids and respond promptly to any requests or inquiries from general contractors (GCs) or project owners.
• Collaborate with the sales and project management teams to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to provide valuable insights and recommendations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Business, or a related field (preferred but not required).
• Previous experience in estimating, preferably in the commercial painting industry.
• Proficiency in using AI software for take-offs and estimating.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive and self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow within the company.
