IT CRM - Physician Support Full-Time / 80 hours per pay

Responsibilities
Facilitate integration of new medical staff and providers with Premier systems
Serve as a liaison for providers regarding system access
Develop training materials for supported technology and systems
Support billing access for physicians and advance practice providers
Implement and support access for external facilities
Assist with new technology implementations and special projects
Provide troubleshooting support and liaise with IT teams
Offer round-the-clock support to ensure exceptional customer service
Manage security and access proceses
Support remote access for clinical system vendors
Operate both independently and as part of a team
Requirements
~ Associates degree required, Bachelor's degree with 2 years of experience or Associate Degree with 6 years of experience preferred
~ Degree in Computer Science or a related IT field
~5-7 years of related experience, specifically in technical support and training
~ Strong understanding of technology to solve business issues
~ Proven ability to work on strategic and tactical projects as part of a team
~ Excellent interpersonal, communication, and documentation skills
~ Ability to work with minimum supervision and execute assignments effectively
~ Experience with Windows, MacOS, portable devices, and smartphones preferred
~ Experience in supporting physician office environments is desirable
