For more Information, Please See Position Overview We are currently seeking an innovative, hard-working individual interested in joining our team of designers. This position focuses on interior architecture in sectors such as Aviation, Hospitality, Corporate, Retail, Multi-Family, and Industrial. The candidate must have experience collaborating with design, engineering, and technical leadership, as well as working directly with clients, attending meetings, and presenting design solutions clearly and effectively. The role requires a motivated, self-driven individual capable of managing multiple projects, preparing design documents, renderings, and construction drawings, and mentoring less experienced team members. The candidate will analyze design problems and develop solutions as part of a team. Responsibilities Establish and understand client needs and objectives for programmatic requirements. Interact with clients, consultants, and public agencies on assigned projects. Create and present design ideas. Identify and analyze critical issues; incorporate project influences such as building codes, zoning restrictions, and budgets into the design. Develop conceptual strategies, including sketches, 3D models, plans, and elevations. Coordinate with team members, contractors, architects, and engineers to ensure project success. Select furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FFE). Research products and finishes; assist in developing finish plans and specifications. Produce construction documentation, including drawings, details, and specifications. Ensure compliance with building codes and ADA requirements throughout the project lifecycle. Participate in and occasionally lead construction administration activities, including site meetings, RFIs, submittal reviews, contract modifications, and field reports.
