Integrated Marketing Coordinator Job Summary: Peachtree Pest Control is seeking a dynamic, organized, and creative Integrated Marketing Coordinator to join our in-house marketing team. Strong understanding of various marketing tactics, including campaign planning, budgeting, execution, and performance required.

You will be responsible for managing multi-channel marketing campaigns, coordinating vendor relationships, and leading our digital presence. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment supporting multiple brands and markets across the east coast. You will work with multiple vendors and team members across the north- and southeast to identify and reach target audiences, evaluate campaign performance across multiple media channels, and track engagement across multiple brands

Applicants must live within driving distance of Augusta, GA. Occasional travel between the Augusta and Suwanee offices will be required. A hybrid schedule of four days in the office and one day working from home is possible after training and once the individual is familiar with the workload and brands. This position reports to the Marketing Manager.

Principal Responsibilities

  • Develop residential marketing material while providing marketing support to local branches and residential sales reps
  • Develop and implement strategies to attract and convert customers
  • Identify target audiences and understand seasonal pest control trends
  • Collaborate with sales and branch teams to align marketing efforts with business goals
  • Collaborate with in-house marketing team to create, edit, and optimize messages for print and digital channels
  • Prepare and present campaign proposals to select internal teams
  • Proofread all advertisements and marketing campaigns before release
  • Research, evaluate, and determine the best media outlet mix
  • Analyze CPL, CPM, and ROI to optimize spend and performance
  • Ensure monthly invoices are reconciled
  • Evaluate the success of media strategies and campaigns
  • Communicate all monthly promotions with all branches, Admin team, Customer Service, and Sales Reps
  • Communicate and negotiate with ad agencies, marketing staff, editors, and writers
  • Coordinate external trade shows, community events, and internal marketing events
  • Manage on-going marketing and advertising campaigns within TV, radio, print and digital vendors
  • Optimize ad schedule according to geographic exposure, and frequency to drive leads
  • Partner with Media Planner to secure media buying opportunities
  • Assist with monitoring social media sites for customer and employee activity
  • Assist with maintaining consistent social media messaging across all brands
  • Research marketing trends and identify new inbound opportunities
  • Follow and anticipate media trends of online and offline outlets (TV shows, magazines, blogs, radio programs, social media trends)
  • Observe competitors' marketing campaigns and their impact and keep up-to-date with marketing trends
  • Participate in yearly production of photo and video shoots
  • Collaboration with the commercial marketing and sales teams
  • Assist with any additional task overflow within the department / Other duties as assigned
