💼 Position: Industrial Painter

📍 Location: Shady Grove, Pennsylvania

📅 Shift Details:

• Training Shift: Monday–Thursday, 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• Actual Shift: Friday–Sunday, 5:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• 👉 Work 36 hours, get paid for 40!

💰 Pay Rate: $21–$23/hour (based on experience)

• Sanding, priming, taping, finishing, and spraying industrial components.
• Read tape measures (metric & standard).
• Operate electric hand grinders and overhead cranes.
• Perform sand/shot blasting.
• Maintain production standards and quality control.

• 3–6 months of industrial painting experience OR completion of a paint certification course.
• Ability to read tape measures in both metric and standard units.
• Knowledge of HVLP, spray, electrostatic, and blasting techniques.
• Experience with electric hand grinding and overhead crane operation.
• Solid work history (minimum 6 months).

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.75 - $21.25/hr.
