InflectionCX, Inc. – Remote: InflectionCX, a leader in modern Customer Experiences, is seeking motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Contact Center Agents. As a Contact Center Agent, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences by leveraging our cutting-edge technology and work-from-home team members.
As a work-from-home position in a moderate-to-high volume contact center, you'll have the opportunity to provide exceptional customer service across multiple contact channels, including phone calls, SMS, email, and chat.
Our comprehensive, fully paid training program is designed to set you up for success. You'll participate in class discussions, hands-on training, e-learning modules, and receive instructor-led guidance to help you fulfill our important mission.
Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, interacting with people across multiple contact channels. You'll handle a variety of routine inquiries or requests while providing a high level of service. You'll treat all callers with courtesy and professionalism and deliver 5-star satisfaction in all interactions.
