**Job Title:** **Machine Operator** **Shift:** 1st & 3rd Shift **Pay:** $20.50 - $24 an hour Join our dynamic manufacturing team as a Production Associate! In this role, you will support welders and perform essential tasks such as assembly, forklift operation, material handling, and powder coating. This is a great opportunity for individuals with hands-on experience in production environments who are looking to grow their career. **Key Responsibilities:** + Assist welders with daily production activities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. + Safely operate forklifts for material handling and unloading trucks. + Perform accurate assembly of drawers and components according to specifications. + Execute powder coating processes while maintaining quality standards. + Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace. **Qualifications:** + Assembly experience is required (preferably in a manufacturing setting). + Previous experience in production or manufacturing operations preferred. + Ability to operate forklifts (certification is a plus). + Knowledge of powder coating processes is an advantage. + Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a team-oriented environment. **Physical Requirements:** + Ability to lift and move materials as needed. + Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment. **Why Join Us?** + Competitive pay and benefits. + Opportunities for growth within the manufacturing industry. + Supportive team environment focused on safety and quality. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract position based out of Louisville, KY. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $19.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
