Qualifications and responsibilities for this HVAC/R Manager position include:- Must hold a valid Massachusetts HVAC Contractor’s License- Minimum 7+ years’ experience in commercial HVAC/R systems, with 3-5 years in a supervisory role- Install, maintain, and repair rooftop units, walk-in/reach-in freezers, and other HVAC/R systems- Mentor and certify work hours for junior HVAC technicians and apprentices- Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults; perform complex repairs as needed- Supervise HVAC operations and approve technician hours on site- Must pass MassPort background check and hold a valid U.S. driver’s license- Ability to work hands-on, lead a team, and deliver top-notch service in a fast-paced airport environmentSalary: $145,000 - $155,000 per year, commensurate with experience. Bonuses and commissions also available.
