My client is a top notch commercial and industrial Mechanical Contractor who is actively seeking an HVAC oriented Project Manager. Previous experience in Mechanical Construction , HVAC and fabrication a plus!
Primary Responsibilities
• Negotiate contracts with external vendors and manage/coordinate scope of work.
• Obtain permits from appropriate authorities.
• Determine needed resources (manpower, equipment and materials) from start to finish with attention to budgetary limitations.
• Plan all construction operations and schedule intermediate phases to ensure deadlines will be met.
• Supervise the work of labor and give guidance when needed.
• Evaluate progress and prepare detailed reports.
• Ensure adherence to all health and safety standards; report any issues.
• Follow-up on any/all warranty work and maintain contact with Customer to ensure 100% Customer satisfaction.
• Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• A team player with leadership abilities.
