Located in beautiful Park City, UT a proud member of Autograph Collection Hotels by Marriott International, Hotel Park City is a mountain-style, full service resort & spa. We are seeking an experienced & qualified: Night Auditor.

The Night Audit is a vital aspect of our team. This position ensures that all guest needs and questions are resolved with the highest level of guest service during the evening/overnight shifts, and that all Night Audit operations are completed accurately and according to schedule. Must be able and willing to work overnight shifts (11pm - 7am) and weekends, and holidays, as needed.

Essential Functions of the Night Audit position include but are not limited to:

• Performing all end of day front desk and night audit functions, including reviewing cashier audits for accuracy, balancing credit card postings to computer system, maintaining computer database integrity daily, and auditing of master bills.
• Ensuring accurate and timely recording and reporting of all property receipts.
• Assisting in implementing & following cash handling procedures as outlined by the accounting department.
• Maintaining guest service standards at the front desk at all times.
• Completing check-outs, c ollecting payments in a timely, accurate, and professional manner

• Ensuring accurate and timely backup files are maintained on a daily basis.
• Preparing, balancing, posting and distributing all necessary reports on a daily basis.
• Acting as overnight security for the property - contacting management or proper authorities to alert of emergency situations.
