Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) job at Health Care Connectors Greenwich, CT, US

Job Description

Health Care Connectors is looking for compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurses (RN), with infusion background, to join our team in the Lower Fairfield County. Qualifications:

Minimal of two years of previous Home Health experience
A current license as a Registered Nurse in Connecticut
Have reliable transportation and be willing to commute to provide the best in-home patient care

Responsibilities:

Perform assigned duties, including administration of medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures
Monitor clients' conditions; reporting changes to Nurse Manager
Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders
Perform client assessments as necessary
Collaborate with other professionals
Manage home health aides or CNAs
Weekend Rotation will be required. Typically, this is one weekend per month or less.

Pay: $65- $75 per hour
