Job Title: Warehouse Worker
Job DescriptionWe are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Worker responsible for pulling and picking BOMs for truck builds, assisting walk-in customers with their orders, receiving and distributing UPS/FedEx shipments, and ensuring the proper organization and cleanliness of the warehouse.
ResponsibilitiesWe offer a direct placement with a sign-on bonus of $4500 after 90 days of employment, a competitive total rewards package including benefits and 401(k) from day one, continuing education and training opportunities, tuition reimbursement for those who qualify, vacation and holiday pay, paid parental leave, and much more!
Work EnvironmentThis position is in a UNION shop with working hours from 7am to 3:30pm. The work environment includes exposure to elements such as extreme temperatures, various weather conditions, dirt, dust, fumes, smoke, unpleasant odors, and loud noises. The role may require sitting, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling occasionally. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Permanent position based out of Bloomington, Minnesota.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $41600.00 - $47840.00/yr.
