Role Description

This is a part-time, remote, commission-only, role at Jetty Healthcare. The Healthcare Recruiter will be responsible for tasks such as healthcare staffing, hiring, customer service, communication, and recruiting on-site.

🎯 Your Role:

• Source, screen, and submit nurses, allied health, and other healthcare professionals
• Utilize Vivian, Indeed, LinkedIn, and other platforms to find top candidates
• Coordinate interviews and placements with healthcare facilities
• Build relationships with candidates and help them land great roles

📍 Who We’re Looking For:

• Experience in healthcare recruiting (preferred but not required)
• Strong sourcing and communication skills
• Self-motivated, hustle mentality —you control your income!

Qualifications

• Healthcare Staffing and Recruiting skills
• Experience in Hiring and Customer Service
• Strong Communication skills
• Knowledge of healthcare industry practices
• Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks
• Previous experience in healthcare recruitment is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Healthcare Management, or related field
